Mene December mahine me 7 day trial pr bharatpe swipe machine 2360/- rupees pay kr k order kiya tha jo ki pehlese hii seal broken or defective aaya tha mere paas uska video bhi hai jo mene unboxing krte samay banaya tha fir mene bharatpe me complaint kr k usko return krdiya.
Uske baad karib 1 mahine se zyada ho gaya fir bhi mujhe apna refund nahi mila mene bharatpe me kaafi complaints ki lekin koi bhi solution nahi aaraha tha.
Kaafi koshiso ke baad mujhe uss defective machine ka refund to mila lekin usme bhi unhone 843/- rupees less krdiye yeh kehkr ki appne hii machine kharab krdiya hai isliye hum appka full refund nahi desakte appko 1517/- rupees hii deraha hai
Mene firse complaint ki lekin uske baad bhi abhi tak koi solution nahi aaya hai.
