Text of Complaint by Ankur Som:

I have placed the order for realme narzo 30 smartphone with order number 159303295676064768 on 3. SEP. 2021. I got my parcel today 05.Sep.2021. I was excited to have purchased it but very disappointed to found a defective product.

The issue with the phone is that I am unable to start it even after putting the phone on charging. It is dead and unusable for me. I’m sure this is a manufacturing flaw and I was entitled to get a new phone as a replacement according to the warranty policy.

I called consumer care they did not provide proper solution and not ready to listen my problem, After that i visited their service center which is in Ganga Plaza Meerut, they also did misbehavior and said ” Humara Kam nahi hai ye ap apna khud dakho” even he was not ready to mail the company, please help us out, I am very sad that no authority is giving positive response in India against real me…
