Text of Complaint by Elaine McLaughlin:

Ordered product in May. Delivery was all screwed up. Item arrived defective. Immediately contacted Amazon and seller and they gave me run around about replacing defective item. Kept at them and seller drag their feet because they did not was to incur cost of shipping replacement cushion and then said it was too late to do anything about it.
Amazon alledgedly made refund to Discover and Discover is saying they never received it and Amazon is lying.

I want a full refund and I want to return items at seller’s expense.

I am attaching documentation of correspondence with Amazon. Image of defective product is included.
