I ordered Samsung galaxy S20 FE mobile phone from Amazon on 29th Sep 2022.
Received product on 6th oct 2022 with the exchange (Redmi note 8). The product was defective as display was not working from the first start. Raised issue to amazon customer service on the same day. Provided video as well to customer service.
After that support team said for replacement of the product. Almost talked with 10-12 supports regarding the same and still they did not initiate the replacement process.
The support was not at all helpful.
At last they somehow initiate replacement on 8th oct 2022. And now the product is not yet delivered. I am requesting continuously to deliver the product by today 10/10/2022.
I am literally begging to deliver the product by yesterday or today. Still all support are saying will get the product by tomorrow. This really unlawful as they have delivered the defective product and not even bothering to replace it within a day or two it has to dispatched and delivered within same city banglore.
Few supports were too rude that they were saying we cant do anything. Then we are going to support if they cant do anything.
I am suffering a lot because I dont have phone with me. As I exchanged it.
I want to make a complaint that they did not delivered the replacement within a day or two. I am waiting patiently since 6th oct 2022.
