Text of Complaint by Syed amir imam:

I purchased product from Flipkart and got defective product I raised a return request when even after 7 days product was not picked I called customer support they asked me to cancel the return request and assured me that they will mark it as approved and said their backend team will coordinate with me they are continuously lying to me and customer support is only giving me false commitments
