Text of Complaint by Nardev Singh:

My order number – OD125379244930107000
F&D A180X 42 W Portable Bluetooth Home Theatre Was received defective and since then I am trying to get the product replaced also I was not aware of cheap practices by Flipkart since it was never approved of return when agent came to pick up fir first time he mentioned the product code is not matching and asked to get back to customer service to get it update so that we can take the product without the device asking for device code. Multiple call back request chat with bot and still with shamefully practices now agents are also being trained they are also familiar with their day to day format of lying to innocent customers. No callback to inform
Customer what are they doing at their end.
Top of it they arrange pickup of product and get it canceled automatically without customer knowledge. Just to give fake assurance and now have cancelled the pickup without agent reaching out to me and updating product mismatch. Care agents do not have anything say as they are also part of the big game.
I want this to be taken care on priority.
