So I ordered this device on 06 of May 2022 for 39 thousand and it came on 11 of May so 1st thing I saw was the box the box was poorly taped . I opened the phone and I saw that the display of the device was defective it had bight line on bottom right corner of the display . I contacted Amazon and they said that they cannot exchange it so they will refund but 8,800 rs will be transferred to your Amazon pay balance which *cannot be transferred anywhere* so my money will be stuck in Amazon pay
Spending 39000 on a phone and getting defective device is already very disappointed but don’t getting a replacement is more problematic pls check this issue and pls help me
