My name is Vishvnath yadav, i ordered a fier boltt smartwatch on 6 may 2022 nd product received on 07 May 2022 , after received open the package nd product was defective ( screen touch nd power button not working ) then i was returned request for defective unit on 9 May 2022 but still defective unit not pickup,
