I have order a priner catridge…which i have recived its defective….doesn’t work…call so many times to coustomer care….all the time they told me different versions..someone told me “we have contacted to seller”, someone said “you have to contact to seller”, someone said”our senior team decline to return the item” and many more…. My question is that I have recived a defective item which photo i have already uploaded, after seeing this why they behave like this….why the coustomer service is so poor…and they are trying to cross the return date…please help me…..
