Text of Complaint by Divya Agarwal:

I have received an order of oximeter. Which gives wrong reading. I have made a call to Amazon customer cell to lodge complaint but they cut my call and give no proper response. At the time of order it is clear mentioned in Amazon site that there is nine month warranty and can return the order within seven days now Amazon costumer cell says that there is no replacement and no warranty .this is clearly a cheating. I am also surprised that Amazon have not send the warranty card with the product. It shows that there intension to give the damage piece.
Kindly look this in serious mannerĀ and do the needful.
