Dear Shoplley representative,
I have purchased JBL extreme bluetooth speaker on 30-12-2020 with order no- 1173310671 which I received on 2-01-2021. The product is found defective after opening. Therefore, I want to return this product and ask you to refund my amount.
Please let me know the procedure to return the product. I am attaching invoice copy for your reference.
