I have ordered Purple soft silk wedding special saree. But i received a saree which is totally defective . So i want my money to be refunded.

I ordered one saree RICH BLUE KANJIVARAM SILK SAREE WITH BLOUSE Dt: 25/01/2025.Today i received the ORDER through SHADOWFAX Courier and pay the amount Rs.849/-
When I opened the parceL, I was really shocked that waste cloth Churidar was in the parcel.I only ordered a saree.
Please collect your product and refund my money Rs.849/-
There is no option to return the product for your website.But you mentioned an easy return policy in your website.
PRODUCT CHANGE IS EQUAL TO FORGERY.
TAKE ACTION IMMEDIATELY.OTHERWISE I TAKE LEGAL ACTION FOR THIS.
