Hi i have ordered a samsung mobile phone for my mother from jio mart ,after receiving the phone I saw it is not working properly ,so i raised a return request since but they simply rejected the request and saying me to go to Samsung service centre.
I am always out for my work and how my mom can’t go to service centre she is aged .
That too a new phone why should I go to service centre they should either replace or refund .
Please help me
