i had ordered Samsung f42 from Samsung shop. I received the defective phone and was told to visit nearest service centre. They updated the phone but when i came back home, the problem of heating and hanging still persisted. I was told to visit the service centre again and was assured that i would be provide with certain certificate for refund in 2 days. I waited for two days and have been calling them constantly but now they have changed their stance. They kept me waiting for all this time. They don’t even pick up the phone. This has been mentally affecting me and this is so disappointing from Samsung. I want to return this product and want my money back.
