Text of Complaint by RiddhibTrivedi:

The registered mobile number is 9513315736 in the name of  Mr Dhruv Gandhi.

We had order a Panasonic fridge from zefo .

But the fridge was not working since day 2 of the delivery.

It was freezing all the items kept in the fridge section and we Thad to throw items worth rs 700 in garbage.

Despite of calling on the customer care number, no one answered on time and later when the complain was registered, they sent a technician who closed the complain ticket without our approval.

I want complete refund of the amount as the replacement of the same is not yet delivered.

Time slot was 11 to 12 for replacement with Whirlpool fridge on 14th May 2019.

I want refund of my complete amount as earliest.

I m waiting since 4 hours for the person still no updates from the team.

I have a 7 month old baby whom I have left at my sister’s place so the installation can be done peacefully

They don’t even bother to inform you on time.
