I got Oppo f17 from Amazon on 2nd June 2022. There was defect in phone that it was not able to detect sim card. I complained to Amazon for this, then they assign 2 same technician on 7th and 9th July. Technician also agreed that there was problem in phone. He checked phone by installing M-inspect app, whose report was directly sent to Amazon. Amazon called me and inform that there is no issue with phone and it will not be returned or replaced. Though my problem with phone persist, it is still not able to detect sim card. I have checked my sim card by near by store,he too agreed that there is defect in phone and no problem in sim card. I have complaint about this to Amazon on 5th June 2022,which is under 7 days return policy, though they refuse for return or replacement. I have contacted Amazon 10 times but they failed to solve my issue. Now they even stop to respond my issue.
