Hi Team,
My name is Chetna Tyagi
I ordered one+ 11 phone last month from Croma outlet. After using for few weeks, it started hanging and blacking out for hours.
On 11th of April i went to the service centre of Gurgaon (Address – F-28 & 29, MGF Mega City Mall, MG Road, Gurgaon – 122001, Haryana), they took the phone and called me next day i.e. 12th April to take back phone and told me they have updated the software now it will work fine
Again after using for next 3 days it started behaving in the same manner i.e. Blacking out and hand for hours, this time i made a video of it from my iPad to show them as a proof. Again i visited the same service centre and told them about it and requested a new device as it is very urgent and important to me to have a working phone, They told me they cant do it without any proof and i gave them videos of it.
Now it has been 4 days i have not got my device and they have been harassing me every day and making me mentally weak.
Please resolve this problem asap.
