We Had Placed an Order in AMAZON on 27th Aug 2021 for a Pair of ” Nike Mens Run Swift 2 RunningShoes ” ( Size 9 US ) Vide Order No – 404-6583568-1793962 .
We Had Also made a Payment of Rs 3956/- .
The Shoes were Despatched By Cloudtail India Private Limited , Hyderabad , Telungana vide their Invoice No : HYD8-11708655 Dt 27th August 2021 .
We Had Ordered the NIKE Shoes through Amazon as it is an International Brand & it would come for minimum 2-3 Years
We were Confident that the Products sold through Amazon would Be Original & Genuine
However , we were Shocked that within one Year of Regular Usage , the Right Leg Shoe Got Torn in the Upper Part .
Its now not in a Usable Condition for Jogging
When we Contacted the Customer Care of NIKE , We were informed by them that they do not have any agreement with AMAZON for supply of NIKE Brand Shoes .
This was Really Shocking as Amazon had taken the Order for Supply of NIKE Shoes for which you dont have any Agreement with the NIKE Company .
Hence , the Pair of Shoes supplied to us is not Original NIKE Brand & is a Duplicate One .
Thats why , it has got Torn within One year of Regular Usage .
We are attaching the Following for Your Reference :
a) Copy of your Invoice HYD8-11708655 Dt 27th August 2021 .
b) Images of the Shoes . Right leg Shoe Upper Part has Been Torn
We are a PRIME MEMBER in AMAZON & we Place order with Amazon asonly Genuine & origina Products will Be supplied .
However , in this Case , the NIKE Shoes Supplies is Not Original Brand
Hence , Kindly arrange to REFUND the amount of Rs 3956 /- To Our Account immediately
