Ref: Defective/Not working, refurbished, Very old CASIO Classwiz FX-991EX Scientific Calculator
12 Digit, SKUB011UK5DGY, bearing serial No: C79-700889468 was delivered.
On 16/08/2023, evening ,We have received consignment / parcel through Ship rocket, contained CASIO Classwiz FX-991EX Scientific Calculator 12 Digit, SKUB011UK5DGY after one month of long waiting.
By receipt of the consignment the item is verified and found that the calculator is very old, refurbished, Defective/Not working CASIO Classwiz FX-991EX scientific calculator with damaged top cover, not switching to ON mode.
Then we have taken the CASIO to an Local Electronic Expert for his opinion regarding work functions of CASIO. Our electronic expert verified thoroughly and declared that the Calculator is not working.
Hence we have requested the seller that the defective calculator is to be replaced with new item otherwise refund to the above order.
But there is no response from the seller regarding refund as CASIO is out of stock at his side .
You are requested to act proactively for suitable action at seller side please.
