I bought Redmi note 10 pro mobile on 21 june 2021, exactly after 2 years, suddenly its dead and not opening and not charging. When i visit service center they checked it and told me that it has motherboard problem and it costs 11.5k . They gave suggestion that its better to buy new phone instead of repairing it and also they told that same issue for so many customers for this model. 10 days back i have problem like system ui issue voice issues, calling issues.
