This is to bring into your attention that I purchased C55 real me mobile from Flipkart on 25 th May. Unfortunately, After three days this phone has started giving problems as it’s got frozen and hang. It made me tensed the whole day. So, I decided to call Flipkart and they asked to talk to real me centre. When I approached them over the phone, they asked me to visit near by centre. Finally, when I reached the real me centre nearby my house Mission compound,Court Road saharanpur, the lady at the centre refused to replace the phone and asked me to get back to Flipkart.I am going round and round and getting no help which has forced me to raise a complaint. Kindly take necessary action at the earliest as this was the third phone I ordered from your company. This was not at all expected from you as you are one of the leading companies of mobile phone.kindly do the needful and replace my defective phone with new one.
