I have purchse asus mobile from Amazon’s on 20th March 20 but mobile was defective, amazone person came for check and it was defective hence they promised me to replace the phone. But after that covid situation started so I didn’t get the phone. But presently amazone customer care no are not reachable so pls do the needful.
