I have purchased Samsung Galaxy M30 Renewed on 12th Oct and received on 14th Oct worth Rs.11,837 from account Tanmay Patel.
The product is defective and not turning On. When we called customer care to cancel and return the order and refund the amount, they were telling the procedures.
Technician came on 17th Oct and confirmed the Mobile is defective and generated the same report. When i checked the status about the returning the faulty product they always ask to call, no sign of initiating any return.
Moreover everytime over the call have to dictate all history, they are extending the timwlines and return is lasting for 10 days i.e. 24th Oct.
I have also initiated mail from kinjal27patel@gmail.com, they said they will refund the amount to account please provide the registered emaild. When i provided the same they asked to mail over via same registered mail and confirmed for refund. I did mail from registered email t_patelp@rediffmail.com then no reply came on the same.
I called over and they are asking me for replacement after having this shocking experience i am not having faith.
No return initiated as well.
Please help me to get my amount back.
