I purchased an Realme C35 mobile phone from Flipkart on 30.08.2022. From starting days The Mobile had over heating issue. As per Flipkart policy I made return request within 7days of receipt the mobile but 3 times their service engineer visited for checking the mobile and every time they ignored my problem and told mobile is okay. After that I visited 2 times Realme service center to solve the problem. From last 1 month mobile battery drained out within 1 hour. I again visited Service center and they told battery damaged. Now I had to surrender my phone to Realme service center for 12-15 days and they will replace the battery.
In the meantime I searched another mobile in Flipkart Website by exchange my phone. But my Flipkart website displayed your mobile IMEI no is not valid.
I want to get back my product price because Flipkart send me a defective product and denied to exchange .
