I order a mobile on amazon on 1 0ctober 2022 and i rececived the mobile on 11 oct 2022 but after two days phone will automatic swtiched off twice in day and hang also.. i raised a complaint on amazon customer care to many time they will arrange technician for mobile phone checking but technician will only call me they dont visit my home , after to many arguments with ghe amazon excecutive the will agree for return and secheduled the pick-up on 27 oct 2022 but without any information they cancelled the pick-up after i called him they again arrange for pick-up no one will take any responsibilty for my concern so plz help me
