Sir,
I Aruna purchased Realme2 mobile through flipkart on 06-12-2018 and received it on 14 December 2018. (Handset warranty – 1 year)
Within 2 months of purchase the handset started giving hanging and display issues. I received a defective
Hence I approached the authorised service centre of Realme on 18th March 2019 and handed over the mobile to them for rectification of the issues.
They had been telling me to come over twice every week after that but never resolved the issues. They also suggested me to take back the defective piece with the issues still worse to which I never agreed.
After a month of handing my mobile at service centre, as the handset is not repairable, I asked for a replacement of the defective mobile with a new one.
They neither replace with a new mobile nor repair the mobile but just dragging dates.
Its been 45 days till now, and still I am running pillar to post for my mobile.
The authorised service centre does not tell me the status and the customer care does not take the responsibility either. Both deliver the responsibility on one another and always keep in un-informed. Also the customer care denied to give me extended warranty to the product (if repaired) even after holding it with them for such long period.
I have been mailing to Realme about the same, and also tweeted about the issue in twitter, but still no one bothers to take up the same and they just reply me saying “we will get back to you soon”.
Hence, I approach you and request you to kindly take up this matter into your notice and action, in getting me replaced with a new handset or in getting me total refund.
