Text of Complaint by Vikrant Keni:

Dear Sir / Madam,
I Vikrant Keni, ordered a Mobile Phone of Samsung A33 5G under Order No. 407-7474034-5318739 on 24.05.2022 and I received the said Mobile on 27.05.2022.
That, after receiving the said Mobile, I checked and found that, sim card slot is not working, so on the very next day, I contacted the Amazon customer care service, informed them about the issue and also gave verification about the issue of Phone, after that, the customer care executive assured me that, my phone will be return and I will receive the refund of the said Phone.
After waiting 2-3 days no any delivery person came to me to collect the phone, then I received a message from delivery person that, my Phone IMEI number is not matched, I was shocked and surprised how they can update details without visiting.

That, after receiving the said text I immediately called the amazon customer care executive and informed about the incident, then he again assured me that, he will check and will send another pickup date and the delivery person will collect your phone.

After few days, same scenario happened with me no one came to pickup the phone and without even contacting me they are updating that details that, IMEI number is not matching.
I do not how they can do such thing with their customer.
That , Even after contacting the customer care executive multiple time had got no remedy but to approach before this Hon’ble Authority for redressal of my grievances. Therefore, it is necessary in the interest of justice to take immediate and prompt action and direct the Amazon to refund my money and collect the Mobile.

I am also praying to this authority to direct the Amazon company to pay the compensation, for mental harassment/ mental agony.

Therefore, this is request before this Authority to take immediate and prompt preventive action against the Amazon and direct them to refund my money, I may get justice and for this act of kindness I shall remain grateful to you. Needless to mention that, this authority is the only ray of hope for availing me justice
