Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I have Booking new Mobile Phone “Nefon Q20 5 GB RAM 256 GB ROM 64MP Quad Camera Smartphone 6100 mAh Battery ”payment done for Rs 4499/- through online “https://www.shopmymobile.in/” dated 19.05.2021 from the below mentioned company. Shopmymobile 168, Navyug M arket, Naya Ganj, Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh.But i have received old Nokia OLD Mobile on 24.05.2021,please look into the matter,old mobile pkc attached.
