I have purchased Samsung M 21 from amazon which was delivered to me on june 9, when I used the product I found that its speaker is heating after talking for 15 mins.
I have called at customer care amazon they told to download app and when I again called on June 10, they asked me to call on customer care of Samsung (1800407267864) and they will send a person to ascertain whether the mobile is defective.
based on the report we will replace the mobile. when i called Samsung Customer care they told to call amazon as amazon is seller.
it seems that amazon is selling duplicate/defective piece since buyer cant get hold of amazon.request to get my cell changed and povide me a proper piece.
