Text of Complaint by Matthew Deacon:

On 13 June 2022 I purchased a Master Lock from Global Klamp for Rs 2782.
Lock arrived and was defective from the start – it did not open.
I posted a complaint on the Amazon website and received a call from a woman at Global Klamp who refused to refund the Rs 2782 and refused to replace the defective lock. She berated me to remove my complaint, which I did.
I was told to contact the manufacturer in USA when I next visited North America.
To date, I have not had any satisfaction from this vendor.
