Today, I have received Thomson TV 65 Inches from Flipkart, (Order No. OD429424769730585100 ) today on 22.10.2023
Delivery Boy shown me the product by opening it out from Box. ( But not it ON condition) & He went,
After 2-3 hrs. Installation technician came to my home, He installed the TV , After installation when he started the TV (ON) , It was found that Screen has LINES on it,
PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE LINES ARE NOT SEEN IF TV IS OFF, LINES CAN BE ONLY SEEN IF TV IS in ON condition.
Installation person told that It was responsibility of Delivery boy to show the TV in ON condition to customer.
And again I called to Delivery boy, He told that it is responsibility of Installation person.
Then I called Flipkart, They told me to Go to SPPL, SPPL is saying Go to Flipkart, Also Flipkart is saying to Go to Thomson Service.
NO ONE IS TAKING RESPONSIBILITY OF THIS DAMAGED PRODUCT.
NOW I HAVE ONLY LEGAL OPTIONS LEFT WITH ME Eg. Consumer Court, Cyber Crime option etc.
This damaged TV is with me & I am unable to do anything, I am helpless,
No Help from FLIPKART
No Help from THOMSON
No Help from SPPL
No Help from jeeves.co
Please Help me to let out from this TRAP
