Faulty laptop vide Invoice No.DANN257/22-23 DT.28-05-2022 for Rs.75,000/-
Problem started from First week- Laptop not charging- 3 complaints raised
and Dell support staffs checked and given temporary solutions. lastly they have agreed to change the mother board and it is replaced.
After replacing the monther board now no application is working.Everything is hanging
Now dell support staff is telling no problem with hard ware problem is with software and i need to upgrade the laptop.
Dell have intentionally sold this product to me knowing the defects and last four months my son couldnt able to perform his college classes due to this.
Again i have contacted Dell service center they have told me to upgrade the RAM. I have upgraded the RAM by paying Rs.11500 on 10-09-2022.
Now again the same problem- Laptop is not working
