I have received a defective Dell laptop on purchase from Amazon. When requested for a replacement it was denied and they said amount will be refunded after picking the defective piece. I accepted it and the defective piece supposed to be picked up on 23rd Sep but till now, no one has come to pick it up.
I have called 14-15 times to customer care, nothing is happening. I am awaiting for refund since last 15 days. They (Amazon) are neither picking the product nor giving me refund.
