Text of Complaint by Sanjay Roy:

I have purchased a laptop ( Infinix INBook X1 , Order ID-OD225973661006644000 ) Dated-12-Sep-22, from Flipkart . When I switch on the laptop I saw the two button of keyboard is not working . That’s why I launched return with refund request to Flipkart on dated 13-Sep-22. Then they update their technician will visit my place to check the laptop and after that they will be initiate my refund request but today is 15th nobody has call me as technician . I talked with customer care executive three time but every time they said technician will be visit and every time I getting harassed by them.
