I ordered a dell laptop on 1 June and it was delivered on 3 June .. And when I started the laptop and used it for 10 min its battery went to 6 % and when I charged it. It was not charging . then I tried to return it after a 1.5 hours of taking to a amazon agent and telling him the laptop problem and she initiated the process of return after on date 5 , Saturday the pickup boy has come to pick that but he asked for a serial number on the product but that product doesn’t have any serial number that day I talked to amazon costumer care for 30 min and she told me that next time the pickup boy will not ask serial number and given the day of Tuesday and on Tuesday the delivery boy doesn’t come to pickup that laptop that time I also talked to a amazon costumer care girl and she told me that he will come tomorrow and given me full surety but today the pickup boy again not come and I today also called tha amazon customer care girl but she has also given me fake trust …. Now the problem is that my 29,000 rupee and my whole work related to laptop is stop amazon is not giving my money back and not picking up that damaged defective laptop …
