Hi Flipkart team,
Good morning!
I haven’t got any update after sending multiple emails.
Being a privileged member since more than 10 years relationship with flipkart,purchased many items and referred many peers.
Now, I have a challenge with one of the item delivery which consists of order number: OD125113720060215000
Replacement Requested Replacement ID: 12202514703844441027
I would like to get the item delivered ASAP as I will be travelling to the UK,London in a week and unfortunately the laptop which was delivered yesterday has hardware issues with the network adapter and hence I had to return this laptop now.
Now, I am in a situation where I can’t go without a laptop and can’t stay in india after a week.Considering my situation ,I would request you to expedite the process of delivery of replacement or take return request.So that there won’t be any issues further. Looking forward for your response at the earliest.Hope you understand my exigency.
