Sir, i purchase laptop from dell official site and after setups, i facing touch pad lagging issue after i called with dell costumer care and share my laptop screen online for resolution but
after updating bios by costumer exicutive, green screen error is showing in my laptop and not starting and showing “stop code- process1_initialization_failed”
I am facing more problems in one day while i did not use laptop more than 30 minutes.
So i don’t want repair only do replacement or refund my amount and collect your product from my location.
