I recently purchased a laptop from flipkart but it is a defective one. From the very first day i am experiencing battery issues. I even tried for replacement and there werr several tech visits but nothing happened. The problem is that sometimes it changes very fast and sometimes slow. I have proof that it has full charged in less than 20mins. This is not a normal behavior. As per flipkart and acer this laptop takes atleast 1-1.5 hr for full charge but it has only happened few times. Otherwise mostly it charges in 20mins…and since it is charging so quickly it gives a bad battery backup…hardly lasts an hour
I am attaching the video proof as well as pictures. I want this laptop to be replaced soon Otherwise i will go to higher authorities.
