I have purchased Lenovo 330 laptop. I received laptop which is good in physical condition but having technical issue of hard disk. As my laptop is in warranty period I have visited Lenovo service centre. the service engineer has scanned my laptop and told that there is issue in hard disk and needs to replace. So service centre has requested for replacement of machine but Lenovo technical support team has rejected their request saying that it is normal sound.
I tried for atleast 10 days for this issue but they are not replacing my hard disk. I want to take strict legal action against Lenovo l2 team for very unsatisfactory service.
