I have purchased a new car on 5th of October on the occasion Dussehra. From AKoya Skoda Baner- Sub Branch Viman Nagar.
On the same day i found out that both the Keys had heavy dent marks on the same.
So i contacted the Dealer to replace the keys.
However even after Multiple follow ups my complaint is not resolved.
I have the photos with proof of the damaged Keys & the day it was forwarded.
@SkodaIndia Please look into the same.
