Hi I had purchased a mivi Earpods from Flipkart.The item received doesn’t meet the Sound quality so I asked for cancellation &want to Change the device.The cancellation requested was raised during TAT but still no action has been Taken.Every time CC used to raise request but no action is taken yet.Kindly get into this &help in getting resolution of this issue
