Text of Complaint by Parminder Singh:

Sir,

         I had purchased Seagate Expansion 2 TB External HDD from Amazon and it was delivered to me on 25th Feb 2021 vide order no. 406-7449902-4201124 dated 22.02.2021. On attaching with my laptop, it was found that only 232GB space is available instead of 2TB. I had immediately reported the matter to Amazon for replacement via call and emails. 
        Till date the replacement status is showing as “Initiated”since 01.03.2021, but no person from Amazon has come to my house for the pick up of the HDD.
         Thereafter, on calling the customer care, Amazon has sent a delivery boy for pickup on 31.03.2021 and when he came, he told us that he came just to see the item and the said item will be taken by the other person, being an electrical item.
       What is the purpose of sending wrong delivery boy and wasting our time and again harassing your customer for the last 1 month. Why is Amazon not listening to my request despite my timely intimation regarding wrong/defective item delivered to me.
          It’s been more than 34 days that my item has not been replaced/refunded.
         Sir, I am very harassed from the service of your company as I needed the HDD urgently. So, it is humbly requested to kindly return the HDD, as early as possible, as there is already so much delay in the pickup/replacement at your end. Please do the needful at the earliest.
