I bought an Emprio Armani men’s wristwatch through the Amazon site. Shortly after delivery, the product turned out to be defective. When I wanted to replace the product with a new one, they claimed that it was not in stock even though it was still on sale on Amazon. They did not accept that I wanted to replace the broken and defective product with a new one, which is my legal right. The only solution was to return it. But they said that I could get the new watch by paying the difference in price because the price of the product was doubled! This is an embarrassment for the world-renowned online sales firm Amazon.
