Hi All,
I am Divya Sharma.I purchased an apple iphone from amazon, an account registered with email ID: not mentioning for security purpose. I placed an order on 16th october 2020.
Order ID : 404-1238991-7205933 for Rs. 52599 + Rs. 2400 (Rs.54999) with exchange. I received a product on 21st October 2020.
I am writing the mail after 3 consecutive follow ups with Amazon.
Please find below the problem I am facing.
1. I Received a product where the corners of the box are damaged.Please find the photo for the reference.
2. After using the phone for 2 to 3 days I faced many issues like the phone got hung many times.
3. The Keyboard is tough to use as it is a hard keyboard.
4. on some places on the screen the touch is not responding.
called customer care of Amazon they responded very vaguely that there is no refund policy for apple products.
and even after contacting the apple customer care they troubleshoot the problem and the product still phone is getting hanged after 5 to 10 mins.
Apple customer care generated the Case ID 101218221628 for the reference for Amazon people to replace or return the product.
But still it’s been 3 days. I am calling the amazon and apple customer care both but no solution is given to me and they are telling the customer to visit the service centre for a job letter in which i can give proof to them that they are selling the defective or fake products. It’s like mental harassment to customers.
while purchasing the product from Amazon its no such thing is mentioned that when they provide defective product what should be the solution for that.
Amazon is selling fake products. I think that’s why they have a problem in giving the replacement or return.
As a customer I expect a decent solution for this. I want my money back, why should I suffer for the mistake made by Amazon in selling the defective product?
Why should I travel and get proof for their mistakes.
Even After providing the apple case ID it should be amazon’s responsibility to get the product replaced or return when customers want or within the stipulated time mentioned when order is placed.

2. photo of box which is damaged from corners.
3. Video recorded when the phone is getting hung/ Stuck.
4. Screenshot of product when Available on Amazon website and still they are not replacing( clicked today before writing this mail)
PROVIDE ME WITH EITHER REPLACEMENT OF IPHONE 11 128GB IN RED COLOUR AND IF NOT RED IS AVAILABLE THEN BLACK COLOR OR RETURN MY MONEY WITHIN THE 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE AS MENTIONED WHILE PURCHASING THE PRODUCT. OR RETURN MY MONEY TAKE YOUR PRODUCT AND I WILL BUY THE PRODUCT FROM APPLE STORE AT LEAST THEY WON’T PROVIDE THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND PROVIDE THE PROPER AFTER SALE SERVICES.
