I purchase one inkjet PIXMA printer from CANON in January 2020. It was malfunctioning since beginning. However on 10/07/2021 the printer suddenly showed an error code 9500 and stop functioning. The mechanic of their service centre came and told that the motherboard is defective and could not be rectified as motherboard is not available. He advised to purchase new one. I run after their various office and nothing was done so far. I am surprise to observe that the printer became defective just after the warranty period was over. And the company tactfully trying to push their product to customer every year.
