This is to inform you that I had purchased infinix note 11 order id OD226039305731739000 was deliver a defective mobile to me on 22nd September 2022. Since 24th September I am facing very acute problems in my this infinix Note 11 telephone. Even after my numerous complaints about the defective mobile to flipkart no help is provided to me either by replacing the mobile or refund my money. Rather I was forced to keep this defective mobile infinix note 11 . I also sent letter about non cooperation by Flipkart for not replacing mobile to ceo flipkart kalyan krushnamurthy. Ceo infinix avinash kapoor and ceo yogesh carlcare (service collaborator appointed by infinix). But no one replied . I bought it in exchange for rs 9999. Flipkart refused to replace the defective mobile also refused to refund my money . Though i complained about defective phone within 2 days of receiving the mobile.
