I bought a printer from Flipkart delivered on 4th against order ID IOD328507483926194100. I unbox it 5days later on and found it defective. I complaint to HP for the issue and they provided a DOA certificate against defective product. They confirmed that the seller will provide replacement against my DOA. Now both are denying for replacement and forwarding the case to brand and seller vice-versa.
As of now no resolution provided yet.
