Saregama caravan bluetooth speaker was ordered by my son from Dubai and prepaid, the delivery was our house in vasai, India. Defective product received and returned back, but till date no exchange or refund provided by Amazon. AMAZON IS A BIG CHEATER. WHY REGISTER SUPPORT SUCH VENDOR WHO CANNOT REPLACE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR GIVE REFUNDS??
