I bought google pixel 6 in Feb 2022 from Amazon India in 63000. Phone is defective. Started giving blank screen issues in less than 3 months of purchase. Amazon is refusing to take any responsibility as they claim that they did not provide any warranty with this phone. Google pixel is also not taking responsibility as they did not launch the phone in India. I tried escalating multiple times but it is dead end. I am a middle class woman and 63k is a lot of money for me. I have no money left to buy a new phone. I can’t let amazon steal from me like this. It hurts especially because I have been a loyal customer to them and they havent done anything yet to support me on this issue.
