I bought a fridge from Amazon basic and it was delivered today- before the technician could open the entire packing my husband touched the fridge and got an electric shock – the technician told us that some part which is connected to a battery had shorted – he also got an electric shock – I had exchanged my old fridge for this new one but now I have no fridge that I can use plus my children are at risk of getting electric shock because Amazon says that their technician will only be available on Tuesday – this is very frightening for me and very unfair
